That’s why Pse Event Housing is beyond excited to announce their acquisition of Travel Team USA led by founder Shannon Barrows, and her team of efficient and enthusiastic professionals who bring a wealth of housing industry relationships with them.
Travel Team USA holds membership with the International Air Transport Association, the Key to Global Recognition for US Travel Agents, and the National Association of Sports Commissions and after 25 + years of experience and business Shannon and her team will give the Pse brand a huge surge of energy and knowledge to an already premier organization.
Travel Team USA Merger a Long Time Coming
“The decision to merge with Pse was many years in the making. We worked on several events together and were able to accomplish what both our clients needed and required even though we were competitors. Their willingness to be flexible and put their client first was impressive. Over time we developed a mutual respect for each other. I knew I could instantly pick up the phone and call Jeff (President of Pse) to have conversations most competitors will not have,” said Shannon, the dynamic leader of TT-USA who will assume the role of Vice President of Sales with PSE. “Though we share a common goal we are very different and yet insist on the same outcome from events; success for our clients. By merging these two companies we now have one powerhouse that offers many more options to our clients.”
Shannon is flanked by her National Director of Sales Laura Dermody, who will be front and center with the merger and integration of the two companies. “Having been in this industry for some time now, I know that Travel Team USA would have only ever decided to partner with one other company and that is Pse,” added Laura. “The outstanding technology, staff and leadership behind this company are what make it one of the leaders in the industry. With the acquisition and merger, Pse is now led by three outstanding individuals in the event housing field as Shannon joins President Jeff Lukasak and Vice President Josh Akright who will form the team at the top of Pse moving forward. All three share complimentary views and values when it comes to the customer service platform that Pse (and both Travel Team USA & T3 Travel founded by Akright) is built on. Their vision and approach won’t need any warming process en route to all current and future partnerships with Pse being the benefactors of the merger.
